No Packages Were Eligible For Install Mojave

Depending on when and where the installer was downloaded, the instructions changed recently; comparatively new instructions for El Capitan to get and run the Installer (that then goes to App store for the actual download of macOS) while not knowing what you have, this other recent thread has link with newer El Capitan instructions and perhaps patched installer.

Note reply from Eau Rouge, first reply here:

This newer installer has different URL to get a package from App store:

This is where you choose where you want to install Catalina. If you’re installing Catalina on a computer that has never been turned into a Hackintosh before (i.e. Doesn’t already have Mojave, High Sierra, Sierra, or El Capitan installed), there won’t be any hard disk options to select. We’ll have to fix that. Ran the macOS Post Install tool and set the default MacBookPro8,1 patches. Ticked the 'Rebuild caches' checkbox and clicked Restart. On reboot, the SSD was not recognised and the USB installer started up again. Removed the USB and rebooted, same result. Rebooted back into the Mojave installer via the USB drive.

'If you still need OS X El Capitan, use this link: Download OS X El Capitan.

A file named InstallMacOSX.dmg will download to your Mac.'

So there are others with similar issues; and some newer ideas may be answers.
